You may request a return if:

- You received the wrong item.

- The item is unused and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
❌ Items Not Eligible for Return
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The product has been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
- The return request is made after 7 days of delivery.
- Original packaging, tags, or accessories are missing.
💰 Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or another mutually agreed payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
