❌ Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
  • The return request is made after 7 days of delivery.
  • Original packaging, tags, or accessories are missing.

💰 Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued via bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or another mutually agreed payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
